I would say an emphatic AMEN!!
As with the lost, including many so called evangelicals, they only want to hear what tickles their ears and not the whole Truth.
I'm so grateful the Lord has continued to draw me into a deeper and more intimate relationship with Himself and that has been accomplished through much pain and suffering. The blessing through that process has been to lead me into a place where I can honestly say with Job "Though he slay me yet will I trust in Him", knowing that however painful and even when I don't always understand that ultimately it's about His glory and my ultimate good.
Again, thank you for allowing yourself to be used by the Lord to share the whole Truth no matter how unpalatable it is to many.
God bless you my friend.
Bob

Speaking for myself, I find myself referring to the Bible with such an approach. It also seems to give me a level of comfort with this type of format. It just seems to drive the point home for me. I would love to see you go a little deeper.
Also, I don't know how you feel about this but, I think God truly touches your heart which provides for a sermon that in turn touches many hearts.
I hope this feedback is of some help.
God bless my friend and take care.

As human beings we have a hard time understanding Just Judgment. One thing that has helped me to get my arms around this is that God's wrath is without Malice. His wrath is perfect and righteous and true, and His wrath is necessary. Contrast this with human wrath, which is rooted in selfish anger and pride, and is void of righteousness but latent in Sin. This is why our minds see God's wrath as unjust, because our minds and nature are fallen and the ethic of human fairness comes into play. God is not fair, at least not in human terms, God is Just! And He always does what is right with absolute perfection.
These are the thoughts that your sermon produced in my mind, I hope this is helpful.
Serving Him Together,
Guy

I have said it before and I will say it again. This is why the Reformed Faith is so small in America and around the world. People don't want to hear truth. Everyone is afraid of offending others. The day will come in America when pastors like yourself will be carted off to jail for defending God's Word. Just 200 years ago the Reformed Faith ruled in America and now look what has happened. Shame on America and shame on those so called American Christians who have turned their backs on biblical truth so as not to offend Satan's children. Keep the truth coming because you are one of the few left in this sin infested country we live in.
